Join us for Slow Food Social! Enjoy local wine while meeting with new friends and supporting Slow Food. A percentage of the day’s proceeds will go to local Slow Food programming – no entry fee or registration.
Speaker: Jeff Rogoff, Owner of Sazza Pizza + Salads and Brian Freeman Owner of Growers Organic. as they speak and answer questions about sustainability, growing and sourcing organic produce and their involvement in Colorado agriculture and the Denver food scene!
Slow Food Socials are an opportunity for members and new friends to build community by gathering at local restaurants, breweries and wineries to learn from speakers about how they embody Slow Food. These events will cover topics from school gardens and community organizing to cooking, preserving, local sourcing and sustainable business. And of course, it would not be a Slow Food Social without small bites and drinks from Natural Wine Consortium.
