About Sazza and Jeff Rogoff:

We at Sazza believe that food isn’t merely something you consume, there’s a way it can bring you together with people and with your community, and with those who create it. Jeff Rogoff has been crafting good pizzas and salads since 2006, with a commitment to being good to the earth, to being good quality, and to being nice.
What keeps Sazza unique. Each ingredient is carefully selected, each meal is lovingly prepared, and each guest is treated like part of the family.

The Saga of Sazza

 Jeff began Sazza in 2006 with a vision: to revolutionize people’s enjoyment of pizza with organic, locally grown products in familiar flavors. It was opened with his then-spouse as a business partner, and in 2018 it became solely owned by Jeff, carrying on with even more passion.

For Jeff, Sazza is not just a restaurant; it’s a gathering place in which people sit down to share a meal together. He likes to chat with local farmers and with visitors who come and feel at home at Sazza.

Our Belief:

We believe that your meals matter. Therefore every pizza, salad and drink is prepared with:

  • All natural and organically certified ingredients.
  • Locally sourced produce, meats, and cheeses
  • No artificial chemicals or manmade substances, just healthy natural cuisine.

Sustainability in Every Bite:

Sustainability is more than a buzzword at Sazza; it is a key component of who we are. We consider each aspect of our restaurant:
Cutting waste through compost and green packaging.
Responsible sourcing of sustainably operated farms and ethically operated suppliers. We reuse and recycle whenever possible to minimize our footprint on the environment.

An opportunity to develop and make decisions:

Our staff is very precious to Sazza. Jeff would like to have a company where staff can grow, learn, and excel. We favor supporting staff being promoted within their company, training people while they work, and developing a workplace that is:

  • We believe in learning with regard to food, environmental care, and proper service.
  • Enjoyment – It’s extremely essential to maintain a positive and team-oriented company culture.

Jeff’s Unique Journey:

Prior to founding Sazza, Jeff held over 20 various jobs, each of which taught him something new and altered his way of thinking. Some of his most intriguing previous jobs include:

  • Nature tour: Experience adventure and see nature.
  • Bartending and serving alcohol: Being a good host.
  • Band Manager: Coordinating live music performances
  • Carpet installer: A hands-on job that taught me patience and caution.

Dream Dinner Guest:

Jeff would like to have dinner with President Barack Obama due to being impressed with his presidency, charm, and capacity to drive reforms. He also greatly respects Gandhi due to his peace and non-violence ideas, principles that have a direct impact on his life and job. Sazza: Where Delicious Food Brings Happiness to People For Jeff, though, it’s not merely good cuisine; it’s people and what Sazza’s doing to make a positive impact. “An eaterie is not simply a matter of what you’re being served, it’s also a matter of who serves it to you and who you sit with at your table.”

  • Cheering for the Nuggets, Avalanche, and Broncos, a Colorado sports fan for life
  • Traveling: Seeking new experiences and flavors around the world
  • Playing Pickleball: A New Sport and a Real Relaxation Technique
