If your organization or charity would like to be considered for a donation, please fill out the form below. We appreciate all that you do to make our community stronger!
Community Support Request Details:
- Donations come in the form of a $25 Sazza Gift Card
- Requests must be submitted at least 2–3 weeks before your event
- All fields must be completed for your request to be considered
- Applications go straight to our Community Support Team
- We’ll respond within 5 business days of receiving your request
