From Farm to Pizza

Sazza’s Sustainable Story

Sazza is more than fantastic organic pizzas and crisp, healthy salads, Sazza is a restaurant built on solid values of community and sustainability. Founder Jeff Rogoff brings his passion for beekeeping, farm-to-table food, and sustainability to every step at Sazza, from sourcing pesticide-free, locally produced ingredients to utilizing recycled materials in the restaurants green design.

With a zero-waste goal, Sazza:

Buys from local, organic, sustainable farmers and producers
♦ Recycles
metal, plastic, glass, and paper to decrease landfill contribution
♦ Composts food
scrap and paper hand towels to feed the earth and reduce environmental impact
♦ Promises to
always attempt to do more for the world and community

Their in-house pizzas, salads, and desserts all feature organic flour, house-milled grains, and honey from their own beehives. The entire bar features local spirits, craft beer, and organic wines, and partnerships with small businesses such as Logan House Coffee and Cheluna Brewing Co. pump up the local economy.

Along with great food, Sazza unites people with a free events space for charities, small private events, and future cooking class planning. And with locations in Greenwood Village and Stanley Marketplace, Sazza shows that great taste can accompany sustainability.
