Community Support Request
♦ Donations come in the form of a $25 Sazza Gift Card.
♦ Applications for request must be received 2 to 3 weeks prior to the date of your event
♦ All fields must be filled out in order to be considered for Community Support
♦ Completed applications are sent directly to our Community Minded Request Dept
♦ We will get back to you within 5 business days of receiving your request
